Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor personalisation quality. When this arrived the personalised ribbon I spent a considerable amount of money on wasn't even attached! I had to take off the ribbon it came with and attach the personalised ribbon myself- Not impressed! Then worst of all, due to the metal ring the ribbon was threaded through having a gap in it stitch fell off the tree and his hand holding the drink broke off!! Leaving me with a very upset little girl!
