This quick and healthy snack is great fuel for your party guests. Use this recipe to create a lovely hummus to go with your Veggie dippers.
How To Make It
- Roast the pine nuts, simply heating them in a small frying pan over a gentle heat for a few minutes, or until they go golden brown. (Keep tossing them to stop them burning.)
- Blitz the pine nuts with the rest of the tahini, lemon juice, chickpeas, olive oil and garlic in a blender until the mixture has a smooth, creamy consistency. If you need to, add some warm water.
- Spoon some mixture into each of the treat cups.
- Add your dipping veg to the cups and serve.
