How To Make It
- Slice the cucumber into 2cm thick rounds
- Use a teaspoon to scoop a well, 1cm deep into each cup.
- Spoon ½ tablespoon of hummus into each cup
- Sprinkle the tops with the chopped pepper and spring onion.
- Try using low-fat cream cheese and chopped ham for a different taste!
