1. How much is UK delivery and how long does it take?

  • Working days are Monday to Friday excl Bank Holidays. Occasionally, deliveries may occur on a Saturday, though this is not guaranteed.
  • Your delivery can arrive at any time between 7:30am and 9pm.
  • Express orders must be placed before 4pm Monday to Thursday.
  • Express orders placed on Friday before 4pm will be delivered the following Monday (or next working day if Monday is a Bank holiday).
  • Express delivery is not available for orders that include personalised product or Disney Partner products and to remote postcodes.
  • Sorry, we can’t currently deliver orders to BFPO addresses.
  • Please note that we may split the delivery of an order (for example where one product is delivered to you direct from the Disney Partner).
  • Delivery charges may change at any time, but changes to charges will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you.
  • All deliveries will be made within 30 days of us accepting your order.

2. Can I have my order delivered to a country other than the UK?

  • Yes you can. For a full list of countries we deliver to, delivery charges and restrictions please see International Delivery.

3. Will I need to sign for my parcel?

a. Express, Ireland and Channel Islands


  • Yes someone will need to sign for your parcel.
  • If you are not at home when your order arrives, our courier will post a calling card through your door. This card will contain full instructions and reference numbers to enable you to contact the courier (by telephone or internet) to re-arrange delivery at a time more convenient.
  • Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour - you will be advised of this on the calling card.
  • The courier will attempt delivery on three consecutive working days.


b. Standard delivery to UK mainland


  • If you are home we will ask for a signature.
  • If you are not home the courier may leave the parcel with your with neighbour or in a safe location at your address you will be advised of this on a calling card.
  • If there is no safe location our courier will post a calling card through your door. This card will contain full instructions and reference numbers to enable you to contact the courier (by telephone or internet) to re-arrange delivery at a time more convenient.
  • The courier will attempt delivery on three consecutive working days.

4. Can I track my delivery?

  • When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email (up to 3 working days from the day after you place the order). This email contains information regarding order tracking, and a link to our courier's website with your parcel's unique reference number.
  • If your order is split (for example where one product is delivered to you direct from the Disney Partner), you may receive 2 or more shipping emails for each shipment.
  • If you provide a mobile phone number on the Billing page when placing your order you will receive a text message on the day of delivery.

5. Can I have my parcel sent to a different address?

  • Yes you can choose a different delivery address to your billing address when you are placing your order.

6. Can I have my parcel delivered to my local Disney Store?

  • No but we can hold a product available in store for up to 24 hours. Please note that during particularly busy times of year this may not be possible. This service is subject to availability and Stores are unable to hold any Limited Edition products, selected products on release days and products that are in summer and winter SALE. Store phone numbers can be found in the Store Locator.

7. Can I request a specific delivery date for my order?

  • We're sorry but this option is currently unavailable.

8. A product has arrived damaged/missing - what should I do?

  • We advise Guests to refuse any parcel that is damaged at delivery and contact us at the Disney Guest Service Centre. By signing for a parcel you are accepting that the parcel has arrived safely.
  • If after opening your order, you find that the products inside are damaged or if a product is missing, please contact the Disney Guest Service Centre and our team who will be happy to help.

9. Can I amend my delivery address while the delivery is in progress?

  • Unfortunately we are unable to change delivery addresses after your order has been dispatched.

10. Where the carrier is experiencing difficulties to locate my address, what is the process?

  • The courier will attempt to contact you several times within a 48 hour period. They may contact you directly if you have filled in your phone details on the 'Billing' page when placing your order.
