1. What is 'My Account'?

  • "My Account" will allow you to create your very own personal profile, add or delete delivery addresses, update Passwords and edit credit card information. Once you've set up an account, you can access your details by clicking the 'My Account' link at the top of every page.

2. How can I subscribe to receiving emails from Disney?

  • You can sign up for emails; which provide information and offers on Disney products and services; by ticking the box in the Preferences section in 'My Account.'

3. How can I unsubscribe from Disney emails?

  • To unsubscribe from our newsletter please sign into your Account, then click on the 'My Account' link at the top of each page. Simply click on 'Preference Centre', and uncheck the box to unsubscribe from the newsletter.
  • Alternatively at the bottom of every email you can click on unsubscribe and you will be removed from the mailing list.

4. How can I change my name, email address or password for My Disney Store Account?

  • To change any of your personal details, please log in to 'My Account', using the link that is at the top of each page, where you can select 'Member Profile' or 'Address Book'.

5. I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

  • If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the 'My Account' link at the top of each page and click 'Lost Password' where you will be re-directed to our forgotten password page. Simply enter the email address you registered with and we will email you your password.

6. Do you need to register to make a purchase?

  • You do not have to register to make a purchase on the website. You will be given the option of going straight to check out.

7. Do you have a wish list?

  • No unfortunately we do not have a wish list option.

8. Can I track my order?

  • Yes you can track your order from the point your order is shipped.
  • A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you within 3 working days of placing your order. (Please note that we ship orders at the end of each day, so you may receive this email in the evening). This email contains information regarding order tracking, and a link to our carrier's website with your parcel's unique reference number. For more information see Delivery Information.
